Customers are elegilbe for a full-refund within 7-days of registration for any reason. This is a time-stamped system, and the window for refunds is based on the time of registration (minute based system). The refund policy is for one-time use on the first subscription, if we find that a customer has registered more than once for a promotion / service, we will charge the full effective amount outlined in the intent request (*US$67) without the option for a refund and will continue to do so until the account is cancelled.
In order to receive a refund, please complete the form below and our team will be notified accordingly. Processing to your bank usually occurs within 5 days (weekends excluded).
In no instance are we required to process a refund if any of the terms of use have been breached, specifically as it relates to auto-renewal.

Customers licensing either the ShortAlgo or UltraAlgo products are permitted full-refunds within a 7-day period of registering for the trial, if there are any issues with the service offered, specifically once the 7-day trial concludes you will be charged the full amount outlined in the transaction "intent request". The trial program is for one-time use, if we find that a customer has registered more than once for a promotion / service, we will charge the full effective amount outlined in the intent request (*US$67) without the option for a refund and will continue to do so until the account is cancelled.
